Acceptable stay marred by issues
helpful staffroom mismatchexcessive noise
The staff spoke very good English which helped with communication.
The room did not match the pictures online. I found only one socket in the entire room so charging devices was difficult. There was excessive noise from other guests and the corridor late at night resulting in poor sleep.

the hotel's location was convenient to the main train station. the staff was very helpful and available at all times. the cleaning service was efficient and thorough. i also enjoyed the complimentary italian breakfast in the backyard. it was a pleasant way to begin the day.
the walls seemed a little thin, i could hear some noise from other guests.

i found the room to be quite noisy. trams and other traffic created a constant disturbance. additionally, the air conditioning was not very effective.

The staff provided complimentary breakfast that had a great, kind touch! My room was clean. The bathroom, particularly, was in very good shape. I was close to Termini station and within walking distance of the Colosseum.
The noise was constant since my room was next to the elevators and near other guest rooms. The doors were very thin, so every sound echoed loudly throughout the floor. It made getting a good night's sleep difficult.

The location was indeed convenient. It was near the main train station. the staff was helpful with storing my luggage after checkout. i appreciated the affordable price. i found the bed comfortable and slept well.
The elevator was somewhat slow. I used the stairs a few times.
